Miley Cyrus ‘Grown-Up’ on New Album

Though the Vanity Fair pictures knocked Miley Cyrus off her horse temporarily, she plans to bounce back with her new album called ‘Breakout’. Set to be released on July 22nd via Hollywood Records, Cyrus told Billboard in an exclusive interview that the
